United Women in Faith (UWF)

We gather to grow in faith, to support one another in our journey and to raise support for various missions and ministries.

"We are women like you, a powerful, fearless force driven by God's love and united in sisterhood. With a focus on women, children and youth we act for justice and transform communities. Join us, because love in action can change the world."

“Women are 58 percent of The United Methodist Church.
How different would our Church be if we were also 58 percent of General Conference?”

Pancake Breakfast for Mission
Raising funds for UWF mission work
UWF Pancake Breakfast is hosted August through June to raise funds for UWF Mission Work. We serve pancakes, including gluten free (GF) ones, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice and of course coffee!
We meet in the Community Center in the farthest Church building. Everyone is welcome!

You are invited to make friends and be involved in various opportunities to serve God with other women. On the 3rd Wednesday each month women gather from 10:30am to 12noon. Someone shares about a ministry need whether its for a local, national or global level. We have had teachings on subjects like food scarcity, children's illiteracy, immigration, and our unhoused neighbors.  Funds and materials have been collected for things like the Crop Walk, fans for the elderly through a local tv station drive, and sponsoring teacher appreciation days at the local elementary school. We learned together, prayed together, laughed together, served together and loved each other! We hope you will join us!
